MANAGING DIRECTOR

With over a decade in the property industry, Rowan Bollands brings extensive experience and insight to Rowan Edward Land.
His property journey began at Nottingham Trent University, where he identified a demand for high-quality student accommodation and built a successful investment portfolio during his studies.
​
Upon returning to Surrey, Rowan focused on development and land acquisition, fuelled by his passion for finding development opportunities. His prior experience at the London Stock Exchange Group provided him with invaluable skills in financial analysis, client relations, and strategic thinking, which he now brings to the business.

Rowan founded Rowan Edward Land to deliver client-focused, bespoke services for land and property acquisition in Surrey and London. His vision is centred on providing tailored solutions with integrity and professionalism.
Today, Rowan Edward Land reflects Rowan's commitment to excellence. With a focus on innovation and personalised service, Rowan is dedicated to helping developers achieve their goals and helping landowner unlock the full potential of their assets.

Outside of work, Rowan enjoys exploring new destinations and cultures, with his recent adventure involving a 6,000-mile road trip across Australia. He is passionate about outdoor activities, including skiing, fishing, downhill mountain biking, wakeboarding and horse riding (he'd struggle to turn down an invite to tennis or golf too!). Rowan also takes great pleasure in cooking.
